A new law is coming for people with dogs. I now live in Cheltenham and the council are going to do the following.
(1) Dogs are to be kept on leads, even in local parks!.Dogs are not allowed to run free.
(2) You are not allowed to have more than two dogs with you.
They've just sacked the dog warden!. Whose going to police it I suppose it an easy job compared with the following.
We have a bad yob culture here, in the last few years there has been around five murders, two were young people walking in the street and were stabbed at random. Another elderly lady murdered in her home which is unsolved. Going into the centre of Cheltenham at night is a no no, street fights & muggings all the time. The roads are full of pot holes. The Mayor is in conflict with the leader of the council because he parked in the mayor car parking space!. And they want to stop people excercising dogs!.
do you want to know the answer to all of your problems ...................................................................move to marlborough it might not be cool and hip but it is home and any way ent those gloucestishire types a bit wierd not like us moonrakers we wuz brung up proper. I'd love to be back in the Marlborough area, but I'm married to a Cheltenham girl and she won't move. I've been trying for 39 years!.But my hearts still in Wiltshire.
