Bloody roadworks


I'm just about hacked off with these bloody holdups every morning. Poor buggers coming in from Swindon had to queue from traffic lights at Og St George!! Must have taken at least an hour.

And it will get even worse when they start the next lot along the end of George lane......and replace the pewsey road bridge

That queue was caused by a necessary evil it seems. However the roadworks at Ogbourne St George, are they necessary?? Crash barriers at a site where I cannot recall an accident that would prove that they are truly needed, and whats with the traffic lights on the bridge. What are the reasons for that??
