So, I read and hear that Kennet District Council could be scrapped and all of our dwindling facilities will be adminictered from Trowbridge.( They had an earthquake there last year that caused £4million of improvements!) Do we think this is a good move or are our mandarins going to be more isolated??
Kennet only looked after Devizes anyway so Trowbridge may as well talke a turn for a change...........if it gets rid of slimy Humphries it can't be all bad
