New Years Eve Daytime

Hello, My wife and I have stopped in Marlborough several times when visiting friends in the West Country.

Now a group of us are intending to go for a Motorbike ride during the day on New Years Eve, and I thought of visiting Marlborough.

Will the Restaurants and Coffee shops be open for trade during the daytime.

Many thanks    Martin

I would think the normal Sunday opening shops will be open....Waitrose ...woolworths from 10 till 4 and maybe a few other smaller shops

Polly's tea rooms have been recommended. Any idea if they will be open?

Just a quick 'thank you' to the Polly Tea Rooms for the tea, sandwiches and cake today. We all enjoyed ourselves, apart from the weather on the way home.
