Has Marlborough really become so popular (i.e. expensive) that businesses are being priced out of the High Street? Oxfam, the Games Store, Tudor Tea Rooms, Kiosk, David Chrisopher. Is this a sign that the slow decline of Marlborough is speeding up?

Some closing I can understand  ......but just noticed that the Fairy shop has closed as well...and I thought they were doing well

"Kiosk" (Newshops as it actually was) closed as the company decided to close its 4 smallest stores in the chain.

Currently the building is waiting for planning permissions to come through for alterations but I dont know the details.

I do know that rent in the high street is extreemly expensive though.
