How many visit this forum

It looks like we have up 150 people actually viewing this forum....but only a handful post on here ....well now's your chance to post ...this is an experiment to see how many regular forum users we have....so feel free just post whatever you like (within reason) ....the more people that post the better and more interesting it is for others....don't be scared, give it a try

Didn't hear a thing about it, and it's not reported in the Gazette & Herald so I may have to ask around

We went to the Sun for a drink the other evening. It was the first pub in Marlborough we've visited for about 4 Years and we did enjoy it. We may even repeat the exercise one day!

Jim - in your search for the stone try the History Centre in Chippenham - masses of information, great place to visit and helpful staff.  More info on their website www.wiltshire.gov.uk/community  Good luck!

Im in a small ex mining town in gwent in South Wales. Its strange as you travel up the valley now, gone are the collierys which covered them for so many years and in their place green open fields with monuments on some, reminding us of those who lost their lives. Thank you again for a brilliant web site. x blankstare

Is anyone plannning to come to the Carnival meeting tomorrow (Wednesday) might at 7 pm ...the future of the Carnival depends on people turning up to take over, the MADT aren't interested ......I think it will be put into mothballs for good this time no

I would write more on the forum, but there doesn't seem to be an awful lot happening. So sorry. It is such a shame that the community can't get together for a carnival....that says it all.....
