Britain needs a change of government

Blair has in my opinion been stuffing things up for a long time now and trying all sorts of band aid measures - as well as suporting those other twats - Howard (OZ) and Bush ( the AmericanChimpo).

I like Michael Howards manifesto and he has kept it simple:

more police; cleaner hospitals; lower taxes; school discipline; controlled immigration and finally accountability. Good on ya Michael let's have some discipline back in UK for a change instead of all those bleating labourites who let the immigrants swarm in in their thousands and get social benefits. England for England i say!

I'll make a deal with you leave labour in for the next 4 years ...by then my mortgage will be finished and then I can sit back and laugh when the Conservatives get in .....BOOM AND BUST been there ...done that when they where in last time we came to within 6 days of loosing our house because the mortgage more than doubled and my wages dropped (yes dropped) as the company had made so many redundant they could do what they liked......oh yes poll tax that more than doubled as well ..................the only people who did well from the last Con government were people who did not owe a penny and even better had savings....but for those who did owe and therefore had no savings .....I'll give you an example of the 68 houses in our estate 3 were evicted and lost their houses (could not afford their mortgage) and 38 where left with substansial negative equity i.e they owed £90,000 for a house that was now worth £50000 so they could not sell to cancel their debts.

I finished paying of my debts from Thatchers era only last year ....and I am planning on dancing on the evil old bags grave as soon as possible after she is planted (I am serious) so anyone who suggests we need them back is either

a) not living in this country

b) not in debt in any way

c)has loads of savings

d wasn't old enough to live ( or suffer) through it

so if you do vote Tory don't say I didn't warn you

sounds like a pretty fair assessment to me - just testing the waters - I'll go with you brother - you sound like a good working class lad - and I always trust the working class!

Good Old Maggie; she was either the best or worst politian in the 20th century - there are few who sit on the fence. I know as many who think like tracare as who worship her. But what has she to do with the current election? If you do not want to vote for Thatcherite policies then vote for anyone but New Labour. After all who did President Blair get his inspiration from?

I was lucky, during those black days in the 80s & early 90s and was largely uneffected but my turn was to come with the foot and mouth crisis a few years ago. Its gross mishandling by this government (New Labour) caused havoc in my industry. I had to borrow heavily to avoid making my staff redundant and came with weeks of bankrupting the company. Things have improved but it will be at least another 2 years before I clear my debts. The farmers got generous compensation but no one else did. Guess whose grave I'd like to dance on?

What does mine and tracare's plight show? Polititians - of all parties - do not give a damn about the impact they have on individual voters. Just watch the subsidies to Rover dry up as soon as the election is over (the government will do everything possible to ensure the company lasts that long).

Vote Monster Raving Looney. You know it doesn't make sense.

Just wanted to book two seats on the coach to the dancing on the grave excursion for Maverick and me!......  from our perspective the end result of the Thatcher era was seeing peoples attitude changing from helping your fellow man to helping yourself only.

Any suggestions of what songs we could sing on the way?
